With the “shelter in place” mandate in the Santa Cruz area impacting many of our lives, The Furnace Room, Inc. is sensitive to the needs of the community and is responsibly and closely following the directives of the CDC and other health service organizations. As we are an essential service, at this time we are open for business to maximize the safety and comfort of our patrons by ensuring that everyone stays healthy in their homes until this pandemic subsides.
If you currently have appointments with our installation and/or service crews and would like to postpone our visit to your home, we completely understand; and in this case please feel free to contact us. If you would like to keep your appointment, then no action is required on your part, and our scheduling team will follow-up with you the day prior to your appointment to confirm that we’re still on for the visit.
